How does CareTabs protect my personal information?

We use bank-level encryption (AES-256 in transit and at rest) and secure cloud infrastructure to safeguard your data from unauthorized access. Only you control your account credentials.

Does CareTabs sell or share my information?

No. We never sell your personal data. We only use your information to provide our services and improve your experience

Is CareTabs CCPA compliant?

Yes. We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), giving you the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of your personal information.

Who owns the data I store in CareTabs?

You do. All information you upload remains your property, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Where is my data stored?

All data is hosted in Microsoft Azure’s secure, U.S.-based data centers. These facilities comply with SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 standards, giving you enterprise-grade security and privacy.

How do you handle sensitive information about care recipients?

Sensitive information (health, legal, contact details) is encrypted and accessible only to you and authorized users you invite.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can request deletion anytime via your account settings or by contacting Support@CareTabs.com, and we will process your request in accordance with applicable laws.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Your data remains under your control. You may export or delete it before canceling, and we will remove it from our systems after the retention period required by law.
